Unlike many other products that are on the market, we at Lanier’s do things the all natural way. You won’t find artificial colors, high fructose, corn syrup, or chemicals with names you can’t pronounce. What you will find are natural, quality ingredients that complement one another, to produce a product that’s simply outstanding in flavor and appearance.

Milk Products
Southern Swiss Dairy is nestled in the southern part of Burke County (Waynesboro), Georgia. Southern Swiss Dairy is family owned and the owners are fourth generation farmers, Jimmy and Ginny Franks. They are long time breeders of high quality Brown Swiss cows. In 2009, the Franks began bottling their cows’ milk on the farm in order to stabilize fluctuating milk prices. A full line of dairy products are produced by their Brown Swiss cattle and bottled daily to insure a fresh product reaches each customer. Brown Swiss cattle are know for their longevity, milk quality, and docility. The cows have excellent grazing capabilities and are allowed to graze the Franks’ 1000 acre farm. The herd receives no artificial hormones and the milk contains no antibiotics.
Our Milk is pasteurized but not homogenized, meaning the cream will rise to the top. So make sure you shake the milk well to redisperse the cream.
